Sometimes you don’t need a full programme.

Strategy sessions give you dedicated space to step back, test your thinking, and leave with a clearer head and a confident next step. Each session includes pre-reading so we hit the ground running, 90 minutes of focused working time, and a short written summary with key reflections and actions afterwards.

Sessions are useful for almost anything that feels stuck or uncertain – sense-checking messaging, preparing for a launch, mapping an audience, developing content angles, or simply talking through a decision with an independent expert. If you’re not sure whether you need a larger piece of work, a session is often the best way to find out.
